30:09A. Applicant: Paul Graves, Senior Project Manager, DPW - Project Location: Craigville Beach Rd Over Centerville River - Representative: Amanda Houle, Tighe & Bond, Inc.
30:14Proposed Project: The Town proposes to undertake the repair/rehabilitation of the Craigville Beach Road Bridge to address multiple deficiencies observed during a comprehensive visual inspection conducted by Tighe & Bond in November 2022 and recorded in the most recent Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) inspection report (dated July 2024). These inspections identified multiple issues in need of repair, including structural deficiencies (e.g. cracks, spalling), scour, vegetation overgrowth, failed bank channel protection, guard rail damage, and sidewalk deficiencies.
